both accept Credit Card(Visa, Mastercard) and Bank Transfers but there
is a %3 surcharge for credit cards.
For
a confirmation of reservation 1/2 of rental fee is to be paid either
by credit card or to our bank account, a USD250 refundable deposit is also
required for villas.

Reservations with
full-payments by 31/12/2001 will deserve a 10 % discount off all prices in the above charts.

in your inquiry by using our availability
check or reservation
page,
We
will reply to you within 24 hours, if everything is agreed then we will
fax you a "Reservation Confirmation-Contract" with all the details
of the services promised and the rental property,
In
return, we will kindly request you to fill in your credit card(if paid
by credit card) details, sign this "Reservation Confirmation-Document"
and fax back to us in full. If no credit card details are given, we require
a copy of bank transfer attached.
This will complete the reservation
procedures.
