Main Page In 2004, YG Construction, Planning & Project Company undertook the project to build villas in Gocek, associated with a long term British resident and investor. The villas were built to the highest standards and the issues of title and related matters were supervised by Turkish and British Law Offices. The total value of the project was 8 million US Dollars. Nowadays, as the following completion we built 20 villas in three types. (Citrus, Pine and Berry Houses) The prices at which the villas are offered as a package compare very favourably with the market, which is robust and promises well for the future. Since development started a new mortgage law has passed and Turkish banks now offer mortgage facilities to private foreign buyers in British Pounds and US Dollars. Most of villas are ready for immediate occupancy. Severals have yet to be finished, but completion would take less than few months.
